Promoting well being in learning environments

Graduate students have a unique university experience as they juggle life as both a student and a Teaching Assistant or Tutor Marker. The TA/TM Well-being Project supports graduate students to learn skills for maintaining their own resilience and well-being in graduate school, and provides them with skills on how to create a positive and healthy learning environment in labs and tutorials. Through an initial workshop and weekly email series you will learn about: strategies for enhancing your own well-being; activities that can be used in labs and tutorials each week; resources/services that exist to support student well-being and mental health (including how to refer students in distress).
